More Than Meal Delivery
CookUnity makes and delivers the meals. NGW adds the nutritional decision-making layer that helps take the guesswork out of what to choose.
Current CookUnity curation: NGW emphasizes lower-carbohydrate, higher-protein options—generally under 30 g carbohydrate per meal and around 20–30 g or more protein—within the meals available from CookUnity.

Built to Work With Your NGW Journey
NGW is designed to turn nutrition goals into practical choices. Concepts such as your Carb Number and Protein Number help personalize what a good meal looks like for you, while the meal program brings that framework into the real world with chef-prepared options you can actually order and eat.
Know your numbers → choose meals that fit → eat → learn → adjust.
What Happens After Checkout?
1. Complete your purchase
Choose the plan, meal quantity, and payment option that works for you.
2. Receive your coupon code
Each new NGW meal-program purchase receives its own CookUnity coupon code. If you already have a CookUnity account, keep using that same account—you do not need to create another one.
3. Use your coupon code for each weekly order and choose your meals
Use the coupon code for that specific NGW purchase when you place each weekly CookUnity order covered by that purchase. Keep using the same CookUnity account; a new NGW purchase gets a new coupon code, but it does not require a new CookUnity account.
4. CookUnity prepares & delivers
Your chef-crafted meals are prepared and delivered directly to your home.
Already have a CookUnity account? Keep using your existing account. Every new NGW meal-program purchase gets a new coupon code. Use that new code for each weekly CookUnity order covered by that specific purchase while continuing to use the same CookUnity account. You may still see an option to add a credit card in CookUnity. That is normal and may be used if you choose to purchase additional meals beyond those included in your NGW program. Those additional meals are purchased directly from CookUnity and are separate from the NGW structured program; NGW does not collect, process, or handle payment for them. You do not need to make a separate CookUnity payment for meals already covered by your NGW purchase. Contact NGW Meal Program Support at meals@noguesswork.com with NGW program-access or coupon questions.
Partnership disclosure: Meals are prepared and delivered by CookUnity. No GuessWork provides the nutritional framework, program structure, and meal-selection guidance. NGW collects payment for the structured NGW meal program you purchase. Any optional meals purchased beyond that program are separate purchases made directly from CookUnity; NGW does not collect, process, or handle payment for those additional meals.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I choose my own meals?
Yes. After your CookUnity account is set up, you choose from the menu available for your delivery area. NGW’s current curation emphasizes lower-carbohydrate, higher-protein options to make those choices easier.
Do my 6 or 12 weeks have to be consecutive?
No. Your program is flexible. You can order one week at a time whenever you like.
How do installment payments work?
Six-week plans can be paid in 2 equal payments, 3 weeks apart. Twelve-week plans can be paid in 3 equal payments, 4 weeks apart. The total plan price is the same whether you use installments or pay in full.
Is delivery included in the listed plan totals?
The plan totals include meals at $12 per meal plus a $10 weekly delivery fee.
Who prepares and delivers the meals?
CookUnity prepares and delivers the meals. NGW provides the nutrition framework and program guidance.
I already have a CookUnity account. What should I do after buying another NGW meal program?
Keep using your existing CookUnity account. Every new NGW purchase receives a new coupon code. Use that new coupon code for each weekly CookUnity order covered by that specific purchase while continuing to use your existing CookUnity account. You may still see an option to add a credit card in CookUnity. That option is for additional meals you choose to purchase beyond your NGW-covered allotment. You do not need to make a separate CookUnity payment for meals already covered by your NGW purchase.
Can I buy additional meals beyond my NGW program?
Yes. CookUnity may allow you to purchase additional meals beyond the number included in your NGW program. Those additional meals are a separate purchase made directly from CookUnity using your own payment method. NGW does not collect, process, or handle payment for additional meals purchased outside the structured NGW program.
Who should I contact if I need help?
For NGW purchase, payment, program-access, setup, or missing program-code questions, start with NGW Meal Program Support at meals@noguesswork.com. For meal preparation, delivery, fulfillment, or payment/support for optional additional meals purchased directly from CookUnity, CookUnity handles those services.
What if I have allergies or dietary restrictions?
Review the ingredient and allergen information for each meal in the CookUnity menu before ordering, especially if you have a food allergy or specific dietary restriction.
